1. Account Registration
Create only one jobseeker account and provide complete, truthful, and updated information. This includes your name, contact details, address, education, skills, work experience, certificates, and resume details.
You are responsible for keeping your password private. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password or contact PESO for assistance.
2. Platform Use
The platform is provided to help jobseekers find work opportunities, apply for jobs, receive job fair and announcement updates, and track application progress.
Use the system only for lawful job matching and employment-related purposes. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, upload harmful files, or interfere with other users' access.
Example: When you apply for a job, the employer can review the profile details and documents needed to evaluate your application. You may also receive an in-app or email notification about submitted applications, interview updates, or hiring status changes.
3. Data & Privacy
PESO uses your information to create your account, match you with jobs, display relevant job recommendations, process applications, send notifications, support password reset requests, and prepare reports needed to operate the service.
Your application details may be shared with the employer for the job you applied to. PESO administrators may also review account and application records to provide assistance, verify information, handle reports, or maintain the platform.
We do not sell your personal information. Keep your profile accurate so employers and PESO staff can contact you through the correct email address or phone number.
4. Intellectual Property
The PESO platform design, system content, forms, templates, and official materials belong to PESO or its authorized partners. You may use them only as part of the job matching service.
You keep ownership of documents and information you upload, such as your resume, profile photo, certificates, and other job application files. By uploading them, you allow PESO and relevant employers to view and use them for application processing.
5. Liability
PESO works to keep job posts, employer records, notifications, and system information accurate and available. However, job availability, employer decisions, schedules, interviews, and final hiring outcomes may change.
PESO is not responsible for employment promises made outside the platform, incomplete information submitted by users, or issues caused by internet connection, device problems, or unavailable third-party email services.
6. Termination or Account Restriction
PESO may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that submit false information, misuse the system, violate these terms, or create risks for other users.
You may stop using the platform at any time. If you need help updating or correcting your account information, contact PESO support.
7. Governing Law
These terms follow applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including rules on employment services, data privacy, and lawful online system use.
Questions or concerns about your account, applications, or privacy may be raised with PESO Dasmarinas through the official contact channels shown in the system.
